Seb Dupuis is an entrepreneur, professional coach & speaker. He holds an Engineering Degree in Computer Science & Applied Mathematics from France's École Polytechnique, and a Masters in Cognitive Science from École des Hautes Études en Sciences Sociales (EHESS) in Paris.
For 20 years, he has led multicultural teams in digital tech as an R&D director, CTO, and general manager of subsidiaries in the USA, Asia, and Europe. Since 2017, he has been designing and deploying individual & collective coaching approaches to foster efficiency, resilience, and adaptation to change in 200+ organisations on 5 continents.
Seb is an international affiliate member of the American Psychological Association. He is a lecturer on stress management and critical thinking for top-tier academic institutions, and a speaker on listening, cognitive adaptability, and remote management.
